Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Alex was our tour guide and he was awesome. The view from the top of the mountain was amazing. The lunch was very good. Highly recommend.

This experience was like no other! It was worth every bit of what I paid! I will definitely bring family and friends back and explore other options as well. My guide was fantastic, I can't remember his name. I didn't die and the restaurant was great. It was me and my guide and no one else so definitely more relaxed. The Zip line guys were also great and didn't die again
