Pickup and drop-off from designated your hotel(Jeju city downtown) In case of your accommodation outside of Jejusi(from Jeju airport 20 mins more moving distance), 30,000~120,000 KRW surcharge is required. Please note that if you exceed the tour time, an additional fee will be charged for every 30 minutes. The fees are as follows: Regular taxi - 15,000 won, Jumbo taxi - 20,000 won, Van - 25,000 won, Minibus - 35,000 won per 30 minutes.

- For each additional hour, it costs 30,000 KRW (regular taxi) to 40,000 KRW (jumbo taxi). Payment is made directly to the driver
- If Manjanggul Lava Tube is closed (on the first Wednesday of every month), Jeju Haenyeo Museum will be offered as an alternative tour
- You can choose between two types of English-speaking drivers: a little English-speaking driver for an additional charge of USD 35 per day or an advanced English-speaking driver for an additional charge of USD 55 per day
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

All the attractions visited including the parks, the waterfalls, the caves, the folk village, the Haenyeo and Tea museums. Despite the inconvenient weather of heavy rain and wind, it was a really enjoyable 3 day tour.

Great experience with Lucas Travel

Booked a tour for two days and Lucas took us to lots of sights around Jeju. Greatly appreciate that he took us around despite the fact it was the Lunar New Year and a national holiday in Korea. To add to that there was especially snowy weather and he accommodated our request and adjusted the tour itinerary accordingly to take us to indoor locations. Highly recommend that you book with them if going to Jeju!

During the 2 days ini Jeju, first driver is Mr. Lucas. Since I booked closed to 27-28 Dec, so the second days was Mr. Li.
Mr. Lucas speak English very well, as informed he was a English teacher before. So, very recommended to tourist with English speaking. He was on time picked us in the hotel. As a Jeju local citizen, we can get lot of information about Jeju.
While Mr. Li, basically almost the same good with Mr. Lucas, it's just a little limited in English. But any way, with all hospitality, we just point out the location we want to visit, or he can well recommended the place to visit.

Our driver, Mr. Koh was great! Very nice and punctual. He was also helpful with getting us entry tickets, showing us where to go on the maps and explaining how long certain paths were. He also helped us take photos together.
We enjoyed our time on Jeju with him. If you are looking for a driver, I recommend Mr Koh. However if you want a tour guide, you'll need to book a different tour.
