Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

From check-in to snacks at the end, this was the best snorkeling experience ever! They had our equipment laid out to try on when we arrived. It is a five minute ride to the ocean. Our guide, Carter, could not have been more helpful. I’ve snorkeled many times, but at this age feel a little wobbly. He helped me get in and out of that ocean and had a raft for us to hang onto when we got tired. We saw so many varieties of fish and lots of them from the moment we stepped into the water. I really prefer snorkeling from the beach rather than getting in a boat with a huge group.

Totally unworthy, waist of time and money. I recommend you to rent or buy your own snorkel and go do yourself. The experience is limited and consists of staying at the edge of the beach where is really shallow and you have no freedom to explore the place, you are forced to stay close to the group in a limited space, you will keep bumping into each other while trying to see something and you have like 40 minutes. Unfortunately I had this experience today and I don't recommend it, the photos lie and you won't see anything you expected. Turtles????? Forget it

There was no snorkeling experience

I can’t actually rate this experience because five minutes before our scheduled check-in time, we received a call that our excursion was cancelled due to a rough ocean - we were already in their parking lot. My 1-star rating isn’t due to the circumstance of the ocean (that can’t be helped), but the timing of the call, especially since I was required to list the area of the island where we were staying (Princeville). The company has this information and knows that travel from the north shore to the south shore is at least an hour. We were asked if we wanted to rebook, but were told that nothing was available the following day. The day they did have availability (the day after the next day) was the day we were leaving the island. It would’ve been really nice had they squeezed our adult party of 3 into any point on the following day - the only remaining available day of our trip.

Matt did a fantastic job with our group. Two people in our group had never snorkeled and the others had snorkeled only a few times. He was extremely patient and thoroughly explained everything. We saw several sea turtles and some fish at the location we went. The water was a little murky but we were just coming off a full moon. We all had a great time and our guide was a hoot!

Ben was a great guide! Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He also made sure we were all safe at all times (I got called back over a few times when I wasn't paying attention ventured out too far). We got lucky as the day was sunny and water very visible. We saw several types of fish, but no turtles. Did see a turtle before we got in the water though.

Best snorkeling experience in Kauai.

I’ve been to Kauai before and, have snorkeled in Kauai’s north shore from beach & from a boat tour, as well as, I have snorkeled in the Caribbean. I chose this tour as I have 4 children ages 17-9 who have no snorkeling experience and, I was concerned about their ability to handle open ocean swimming with snorkeling. Their program is all about safety and provides good instructions to new snorkelers and families before you go. I’ll admit I was skeptical about how much fish we’d see if any just walking into the ocean . Much to my surprise I saw more fish and turtles just a few yards off shore then I did in my other off shore snorkeling trips. Our guide was great and directed us to best spots to see some of the most beautiful fish I’ve ever seen. She also dove under the water to get better pictures for us of one of the sea turtles we saw. She was also able to name the fish from memory ( my kids asked her many questions). We had another family in our group with a preschool age child and they did really well and, we all enjoyed the experience together. At the end of the snorkeling they provided much needed snack and drink which the kids loved. Highly recommend this experience! My kids absolutely loved it as did my husband and I.
