Lovely view without being terrifying. I dont particularly love heights. I was here 25 years ago and seeing all the new skyscrapers was thrilling.

Viator were great and as promised tickets arrived at hotel day before. Getting into the tower was straight forward. The visit up the tower was very regimented and every part was timed. You had to stay in your group colour which meant you weren’t free to move at your own pace. I found this disappointing as I would have liked more time in some areas and less in others. We also did the KL Tower which was much better.

Great trip up Petronas Towers. Viator were excellent, we arrived in KL on the day of our visit to the towers, We had contact from the agent by WhatsApp and the tickets were waiting at our hotel when we arrived. Our experience was timed at 7.30pm which we found perfect as it went from day to dusk while we were there, great views.

Our visit to Petronas Towers was one of many highlights of our holiday. Tours are very well organised and it is a very slick operation. We went at night and the views from the top were superb. We loved the whole experience and took some great photographs. A memorable excursion!.

We went to the 6.15pm tour, hoping to catch the sun set. As there so much haze, couldn’t even find the sun! Still it was worth it to get a Birdseye view of the city with the bonus of some informative commentary.

The purchase of the ticket was very confusing . After purchasing what I thought was a ticket, turned out to be a voucher with instructions to go to a place approx. 18 mins walk away from the Petronas Tower to actually pick up the timed entry ticket. By chance I logged on to my email account the night before and there was an e-ticket avoiding the need to find the other location in KL. Instructions on how the actual admission ticket was too be obtained should have been clearer

I felt the prices were a bit on the higher side (58 USD) compared to what te package has to offer. It only included visit to 2 floors and I beleive that is not enough. Maybe you can do some innovation and offer something more for that money .

Worth it for the view

If I am honest, I would recommend going to Marini's on 57 for cocktails and a great view than go up the Petronas Towers as you get 2 experiences for one! However, the views from the Petronas is good too, 360 degrees at the higher tower floor. Overall the experience at the Petronas is well managed.

One of the must go places in Kuala Lumpur. Fastest elevator every ridden. Over 80 floors in about one minute. You can hear air going out of your ears. Amazing is the bridge connected two towers are not fixed. Towers can swing while the bridge sliding between them. Make sure to get there on clear day.
