Great day in Kyoto

Our driver, Dalivahn, was very good at dropping us off and collecting us at busy destinations. She was able to recommend the best places to see, was very friendly and we saw everything we had asked to see. She collected us from the ship having sent us her location at the terminal etc and sent the itinerary through the night before.

Nice comfortable car and good driver. However he spoke very little English. Used cell phone translator. I asked him how much rain Kyoto received and he had to look up translation for rain. He got us to all the scheduled sites, but there was no commentary.

Fantastic tour and great day in Kyoto! Would highly recommend for anybody interested in visiting the sites in Kyoto.

Basically a glorified taxi, no need to spend the money

Unfortunately the experience was the same as hiring a taxi. First it was not a Land Rover Discovery Sport 2018 or anything close to the vehicle it was supposed to be. Instead it was a mini-van with zero leg room. The driver, who was supposed to speak English, spoke almost none. Instead of a tour, we were dropped near things and the driver would point which way to go. Noting at all like what I paid for.

As for the minivan, we already informed you in advance that we will upgrade your car from Land Rover Discovery Sport 2018 to Toyota HIACE 2019 for free of charge. The HIACE 2019 (max 9 people) is bigger than Land Rover Discovery 2018 (max 3 people) and it's usually sold for higher price than Land Rover Discovery 2018. Upon checking our discussion on upgrading the car, you wrote "Thank you very much. Yes you are welcome to change the vehicle". If you did not want to upgrade to bigger car, we would use Land Rover Discovery Sport 2018 on that day for you instead. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
