For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Byron, Ceasar, and Jose were fantastic guides for our journey. In our group, some of us were adventure fiends and others were scared and out of their comfort zones - however, each of us left because these guys took such great care of us! It was thrilling, safe, and stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great way to spend a few hours. Very organized and full of fun!

Great fun!

The bus picked us up right on time. The experience was fantastic if you love adventure. The guides were knowledgeable and kind. They made sure we were safe at all times. Lunch afterwards was yummy and then they dropped us back at our hotel.

Magical experience with wonderful guides

We had an incredible time! Our guides Cesar, Jose and JC were professional, friendly and took great care to make sure we felt safe and had fun. The experience was nothing short of magical- rapelling down multiple waterfalls, seeing parts of the jungle you can't get to otherwise, we kept having to stop to take in all the beauty. A must if you are visiting- the hike at the end is very steep and probably about a half mile straight up so make sure you are in good shape for a climb. Once in a lifetime experience!

An amazing tour with lots of soaking wet adrenaline laced fun. The guides were professional, helpful, great at teaching novices like us what to do—and they were fun and funny! We’re seniors and never rappelled or climbed through narrow river passages with pool jumps but they made it easy and doable.

SUCH a cool tour. Our guides Ceasar, Jose, and Byron not only taught us everything we needed to know and ensured we were safe, but were also hilarious and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the tour! It was genuinely so much fun and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting. The scenery was extraordinary and lunch was amazing too. I also want to note that the tour was perfect for me, someone a bit more afraid of heights and risks, and was also perfect for my adrenaline junkie friend!

Best excursion we did in La Fortuna! Crazy fun and always felt safe. The guides were amazing, made sure my teenager that has some disabilities had a great time while always checking his safety! We were two adults and two teenage boys. If we ever return, we will definitely do this tour again! Highly recommend it!

This was an awesome activity to do with family. The guides were very friendly and careful with everything. I felt very comfortable even though I was a bit nervous in the beginning. You get a taste of all the fun stuff like rappelling, zip lining, jumping in pools etc. Overall a fun trip, highly recommend it.

Safe, exciting, adventurous

The start out grounds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom facility was spacious and clean as were the showers. The staff were amazing, shout out to Bryan (the photographer), to Eddie and Cesar!!! The tour was exciting and adventurous. We absolutely loved it. Even the lunch at the end was very good which was at Mystico Hanging Bridge park. Note: If driving to the tour, best to have a 4X4. Also..the hike back requires some physical fitness as u will have to walk back up hill from the canyons

No communication - didn't pick me up

They never picked me up. I messaged them in the morning to see what my pickup time was (1pm tour start time) and they never responded. Then I messaged again at 1pm, still no response. I then called viator who stated the tour was not showing canceled. They too tried contacting the tour operator and could not get through. I understand the tour being canceled due to the bad weather that day, however I would give 0 stars if possible due to the lack of communication.

This was the highlight of our trip! César, Erik and Byron were amazing. They were friendly and funny and welcoming and comforting. It was a pleasure to be with them on the trip. They made us all feel confident in our abilities and made the trip truly fantastic. We would highly recommend, and in fact go back again today if we could.
