Great tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everybody got to see the critters enroute and take lots of pictures. We had a great time.

Not worth it in our opinion

The guide was nice and he tried hard but this tour is definitely not worth the cost! The park is small, and to be honest we saw more plants and cool creatures in tours that were not even focused on wild life such as suspension bridges and volcano hike. This is just my two cents though

Dear Visitor. We are very sorry about your unsatisfactory though regarding our tour. Not every tour is going to be full of activity. We try very hard to make sure people get to enjoy the nocturnal activity and sometimes one can’t just have control over every single creature that comes out at night. After all it is nature and we just can’t control it.

The place is close to Fortuna, easy to find and the road is good. Elias contacted us as soon as we made a reservation (few days ahead) and again on the day of, confirming time and location. We were the only family of 3 (due to pandemic), so it was a very individualized tour. We saw a lot of animals: red eyed tree frog, cayman, sleeping sloth (it was raining), Strawberry poison-dart frog etc. Elias is knowledgeable and seemingly enjoys sharing his knowledge with visitors.
