I was in Kahana on the West coast of Maui and going to the airport on the East coast. My driver, due at 8:00, was delayed by the road closure due to a horrific accident near Lahaina, about 30 minutes South of my hotel. He kept in constant contact and sat in the traffic until the road was cleared. He was able to get me through traffic to OGG and the wonderful people at Hawaiian Airlines walked me through to be the last person to board at 10:40 for a 10:50 flight! There were many empty seats, probably due to the accident, but I was one of the lucky ones. Thank you to Franklin.

Change of pick up day!

I had originally booked a return trip from a resort in Kihei to OGG for me and my companion. Then suddenly he got sick and had to go to Urgent Care. Even though he got prescriptions from the RN, he was worried about flying on Monday July 10. So I decided to stay 2 days more, and had to rebook the flights with the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Luckily, the shuttle company was very compassionate and understood our situation. They changed the day of pick up and did not impose any penalty. The driver came on time and helped us with our luggage. Everything turned out fine, we are home now and resting from our trip.

Ok got a text from Viator telling me my 800am pickup was confirmed problem is I never requested a 8 am pickup it was after the cancellation grace period spoke with someone at speedy shuttle they insisted I booked this time tried to reschedule they told me I could not got into a rather heated discussion with this person problem was I was not going out on a flight your website makes you put in flight info my flights changed by a day and my plane was late the night before so I could not pick up my airport rental car, told this person 8 would not work just to be sure I waited at 800 am no show on shuttle so how was my ride I paid for? Non existent
