What To Expect

  • Civitavecchia Port Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrival hall holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.
  • in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 30 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Driver Dario was great he had been our driver from the Rome airport with three hour tour of Rome and transfer to our hotel in Civitavecchia. Not only on time but early which was great as we had an early flight and the airport was busy with long lines Would highly recommend this company, had used them in 2019 for same two transfers so immediately booked them again for my second cruise to the Mediterranean.

We had the best experience with our driver to Viator to the FCO Airport! Our driver arrived early to the cruise port terminal and held a sign outside in the area with my name on it and it was very easy to find him! He was wonderful driving us directly to the airport to our terminal and it was only a 45 minute car ride to the airport, very worth the money to make this part of our trip stress free! I would definitely do this again and would recommend it to anyone else!

My family booked a transfer from a cruise ship to the airport for our return home from a 14-day cruise. Our connection time at the airport was a little tight so promptness of pickup time was crucial. Since I didn't know for sure what time we would be cleared to leave the ship, I booked an estimated pickup time pending our getting off the ship. We departed the ship about 30 minutes early and to my pleasant surprise our driver was there early waiting on us. The service was very professional and I highly recommend this provider.

Came earlier than time quoted in a nice clean Mercedes. Cold water was waiting for us. It was very nice. My only con is they sent me a message more than a month before the scheduled pick up time. I never saw it and we had no further communication until I was looking for the driver out the cruise port. We called and they did come a bit earlier than quoted time. (about 20 minutes) but we had to wait an hour. I guess it’s my fault I didn’t respond to email. Just make sure you communicate with the company about your preferred time and things will go perfectly.
