    Violetta was a fabulous guide for our rowdy party of 5 Americans. She was a wealth of knowledge, had a great sense of humor, and kept us engaged the entire day. We hiked, took several boat rides, toured villas, had a delicious lunch and gelato. I would highly recommend Violetta. You will not be disappointed.

    It was canceled by the tour guide at the last minute because of high winds the previous day. On the day the tour was supposed to take place, the winds and the lake were calm.

    Como and it’s surrounding areas are beautiful even in November. We went to places that we never would have found on our own and her experience helped us navigate long lines. Very beautiful experience. We thought we were paying for a private tour but it wasn’t. Pricey.

    Violetta the guide was very knowledgeable about the history and current use of all the places that were featured in the tour, as well as significant other buildings in and around Como and on each side of Lake Como as we travelled down to Villa Barbianello, Bellagio and return. She was very efficient in moving us about, while also allowing us time to savour the views and spaces that appealed to each of us. A very enjoyable day.

    Violetta did a great job of explaining the history of Villa del Balbianello and of various place in Bellagio. It was a very interesting tour and she held our attention throughout the entire time. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants a very nice guided experience. The pace is very comfortable and she will adjust it to your needs.

    I severely sprained my ankle before coming on this tour. I truly tried to stay with the group but my condition did not allow it. The only reason I tried to go is because this was nonrefundable. My husband and I were very upset and were not able to partake in any of the tour. I would not book this again. Tour guide was nice but too soft spoken and seemed like she needs more practice. She seemed like it was her first day.

    Although a great day trip that covered a lot, we felt the tour was an overpriced for a walking tour! Violette was great guide. Be prepared to walk uphill and downhill multiple times!

    Violeta was an excellent guide who deftly navigated long lines at the ferry terminals (caused by cancelled boats) and at the villa. She shared lots of information along the way and made the experience memorable. If you’re here in summer prepare for crowds.

    I've been to Como before, so I was very familiar with most of the sights and mainly attended this tour for my Dad. To my surprise, however, this was one of the best tours I've been on in a long long time and I learned so much about Como that I never knew before. Violetta our Guide was extremely attentive, knowledgable, passionate about Como, and made sure we had a memorable time. Had I stayed longer in Como, I would have definitely taken more tours with her to explore other Villas (like Villa Carlotta) and possibly Lecco.
