Ok not a great experience

All us old people Waited in rain for bus because it wasn’t there when it was supposed to be. Had to walk over approximately 1/2 mile down side streets to meet bus they hadn’t planned ahead they only called for bus to come as we were starting the hike. Bus driver claimed traffic like they don’t know there is traffic at that hour. . Plus bus driver kept playing with his phone to watch extremely loud videos. Guide had to ask him once to turn off as she was trying to talk. Nice to see areas but not great bus was not maintained water bottles fell thru holder on seat handles were missing on seats which was a safety hazard. No where does it say you have , hike to the bus

Dear Guest, we are sorry for the inconvenience of the rain; we planned this itinerary with pick-up point in the central square of the City, but at present day municipality changed the entry permission.
