We thoroughly enjoyed our boat trip with Paolo! There were 6 of us on a private 4 hour tour. I wish we could have had the boat for the whole day! Paolo arrived on time at the pick up point and returned us safely back on time! During the ride he pointed out some important/significant villas and landscape details, and he answered our questions, and told a few interesting stories. We did not feel like we were on a “tour” but more of an enjoyable “ride”. He was friendly, and a good boat driver, never going too fast to enjoy the scenery or talk to each other. We stopped and enjoyed apéritivo on the boat for 30ish minutes. Paolo provided Prosecco, fresh fruit, and cheese. We also stopped briefly (30 min) at Bellagio for a bottle of wine and some sandwiches to take on the boat but decided we’d like to spend as much time on the boat as possible, which I would recommend to everyone who books. (You can take the ferry separately to Bellagio as they run routes all day). Paolo was kind, patient, and excellent at communicating! While the boat may not be the most chic to look at, it doesn’t matter because you’re looking at the views the whole time! Excellent ride, comfortable seats. I suggest doing 4+ hours for the most enjoyable, slow paced excursion. :)

A broken engine first, and personal problems of the substitute captain are hard to believe, but that's it. Believe it or not I spent hours looking for another substitute, but all where fully booked. Unforgettable family experience

Amazing experience for my wife and I and our four young kids (8, 5, 3, and 1). Paolo picked us up in a beautiful boat near our Airbnb and showed us all around the lake, traditional villages, aristocrat houses, shared stories, and brought us to some epic swimming areas. Having the sparkling wine on board as we sailed into the sunset was a memory we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!
