Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Fun and safe activity for everyone

This was our first time snowshoeing. Mom and I got an excellent time. Beautiful views captured by our excellent tour guide Michelle. She was great and sweet. I totally recommend this activity.

A Memorable Experience

I have been to so many tours, and Michelle has been the best from my experience. She clearly loves her job and is passionate in sharing her love for nature with those on her tour. She made sure we made many memories and was willing to help us take pictures. We absolutely adore Michelle and would love to come back again!

Enjoyed learning about the lake, history of the Pope and Baldwin families. Enjoyed snowshoeing as something to do since lifts were closed at heavenly.

The snowshoe tour was nice, however communication should have been better as far as the meet up location. Also, the container where the tour guide had the hot chocolate seem filthy.

My husband and I had an awesome time on this one-of-a-kind hike! Shoutout to Michelle for taking such great photos of us. We had never snowshoed before, but no experience was required to enjoy this unique tour. Highly recommend if you want to catch some breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada range.

A Great Snowshoe Adventure!

I had a great experience on this snow shoe hike. I lucked out because the other people booked on my tour cancelled so I had a private guided hike. Michelle was an excellent guide and provided me with top of the line equipment and instruction. The scenery was beautiful and the experience was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour group and this experience.

The views of the lake from the top were so amazing! & a nice cup of hot chocolate & cheese & crackers was a nice treat while sitting and admiring the view :) Ryan & Michelle were the best guides- very friendly & helpful,& informative- made us feel very comfortable & safe... Highly recommend them for ur next trip to Tahoe!
