All the staff was great! They were professional and available to answer questions. The pilot was informative and made you feel confident and comfortable. The views were incredible! However when in flight the helicopter was pretty warm even with the vents. It would have been nice if the helicopters route back to the base was the same one it took in. We didn't see much of the canyon nor the dam or reservoir. And it made it difficult for passengers sitting in the middle two seats in back to get a good view.

Initially this experience was very frustrating. We were not informed ahead of time that our tour time was changed. Glad I called to check, otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened!! Pick up was a nightmare- it was 30 minutes late and unclear instructions where to meet the shuttle. We weren’t told that the flight was from Boulder City, not Las Vegas, so it required an extra 40 minute trip by bus to the airport. Our pilot, Cole was great and did a good job of narrating the flight. The short champagne and snack stop was good too. I would not fly with Papillon again. Having done other helicopter tours in and around Las Vegas, I know there are better choices.

First time in a helicopter. I'm terrified of heights and get motion sick easily, but this ride was thoroughly enjoyable! Smooth ride and landing, great views through all the windows - even one on the floor in front! Thought our "light" snack would be cheese and crackers, but it was much more, as you can see in the pic. This was a "splurge" to celebrate our 40th anniversary. A wonderful way to celebrate!

The Grand Canyon Helicopter tour was amazing. We had Greg as our pilot who was very knowledgeable and gave us great commentary along the way. The picnic was beautiful. We loved the whole experience, except for finding out we had to pay an additional $35 fuel surcharge per person upon arrival, i thought that was a bit much considering the cost of our tickets. However apart from that it was very enjoyable.

This was the absolute worst experience my boyfriend have ever had while traveling. We were picked up from our hotel in an old bus that had no air conditioning. The driver was rude and yelled at everyone on the bus to shut up. We proceeded to ride all over Las Vegas to every single hotel to pick up other people. We were all about to suffocate from having no air and we were all sweating profusely. We drove for over an hour out to the helicopter just for them to tell us we couldn't go because of the weather. They then told us they would give us a refund, but never got our money back.
