Poor scheduling

Like others have mentioned - we booked at 8 am and then got a call hours later saying it wasn’t available. With the new time available - not all of our family could join. Tour provider would not give us a refund, we had to deal with Viator customer service and they were great. Definitely for beginners. If you have ridden an ATV before, do something else.

They have options to ride for the following times 6 , 8, 10, 12, I order the 8:00 ride pay in full. 10 minutes later get a text saying time not available only time available is 12:30. Contact both party’s to get a refund.Still haven’t got money back 3 days later.No-one will speak to me about the issue. Place is a joke there’s much better places around.Don’t use either of the company espically VIATOR

Logan the greatest tour guide

My wife and I tried something new and hopped on an ATV. This first time experience for both of us was the greatest. Our tour guide Logan was so patient on instructing us newbies on how to control the ATV. I got off the track on our tour and Logan made sure to stop the line and ensure I was ok and safe. I was able to regain control of the bike and continue our tour without another incident. Besides that setback, this trip is a must to do when visiting Las Vegas. We will return to Vegas and I will request to use Logan as our tour guide yet again.

Wow what a time we had… IN DAIN WE TRUST! I was just a bit nervous at first, but from the time we jumped in the van, through the end of the tour Dain made us fill very comfortable riding the ATV’s with him out front. He gave us very detailed & clear step by step instructions on riding , we took a few practice laps and was good to go…We definitely had an awesome good time, another bucket list item CONQUERED!

Overall, I had fun, but it was very difficult to maintain consistent pressure, on the gas, with my thumb. Wish the gas was foot-pedal controlled like a car. The pain in my right hand was intense enough to take away from the experience.

Although are experience was delayed an hour it allowed us to meet a couple from Canada. The guide made sure we were all comfortable with ATV controls before we left on the ride. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about this adventure.
