The good, and the bad.

Ledy was a very good guide. The music in the van was offensive at catered to an under demographic. Got stuck behind an inexperienced rider and they rode the brake the first half of the trip. Ledy moved us for the last part and it was awesome. Some of your crew really need to scale back on their trash mouth.

We were told atv ride was 90 min. Ride was ONLY total 60min. Drive to /from Dessert was 60min one way. Not sure why we didn’t just buy the 2hrs adventure closer to strip since we only got to ride 60min. And-advanced rider should have been able to remain on path straight up&back yet we’re forced to remain in single file line. Not as fun for them. Like renting atv for 1hr ride, they return in hour yet remain on strip. Just not worth $200/person for 60min ride Bcz u actually pay for bus trip. Guide was grand.

Racist man refused to let me and my friend join the group for birthday celebration. Disgusting inappropriate customer service lady I spoke to GASLIGHTING and lying and yelling at me over the phone about my booking. I was in tears people had to calm me down. I cannot stress enough the hate and negativity I felt. No one should have to go through that especially on a day that was supposed to be celebrated. I hope they get what they deserve.

Our guide Brent was awesome, lots of info about the area, and a naturally funny guy. The tour is single file. So you only go as fast as the slowest person in your group. That was a little annoying, but it’s for safety and it’s still a fun time, and to get to say you rode atvs in the Mojave desert.

Brent was an amazing tour guide. As we drove to and from the trail, he pointed out interesting places and gave tips of things to do in the future.
