The tour time you select is your pick-up time. The driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before pick-up time to tell you exactly what time to be outside. You MUST be on time. If you have questions, you can call the driver line on your ticket within 45 minutes of your pick up time.

People there are incredibly nice. Thy offered us free coffee and hot chocolate, gave us great tips on which guns are the most fun to shoot on our 3 gun package and thy even gave us a bottle opener made from a spent .50cal shell

This was truly one of the best experiences I would strongly suggest if you are open to try something fun & exhilarating, The staff Bossman Carlos and his team Danielle, Angelo & Anderson were great and made my experience memorable. Bo, the driver was awesome! He shared so much useful info about Vegas and "The Strip". Kept in contact about picking us up. After a smooth ride (those of you who have gone with get this) there, we had a blast! They are a great bunch of friendly, knowledgeable, funny guys, especially (De)Angelo ;) and Matt. For those of you who haven't gone, if you have false teeth or don't know what it's like to drive on a true gravel road, be prepared to have your soul rattled getting there. Going up the mountain will be the longest 4.5 miles of your life. Ijs. Lol. Coming down the mountain is better. But it was worth it, imo. The guys are funny and you'll laugh alot. We only did the shooting part but they had a great selection. We want to come back and blow up a car next time. I would definitely recommend.

Cool experience wish they had a better way of controlling big groups and giving people more room that were shooting. But there were in the middle of upgrading for actually that reason. There was no turn base system. It was just who wants to shoot. Then 3 types of guns were going off within 3 feet of each other. People who work there were professional and courteous.Just the system how it works needs to be fine tuned. Myabe gets better when the upgrades are done. Had a good time thou. Not there fault also but the bus broke down and needed to wait a extra hr to get back to the hotel.

Well, as you saw, your wish is coming true. I will explain the “upgrade” you refer to for the readers of your review. Rather than stand out in the dirt and sun like every other outdoor range, we created climate-controlled firing lines by converting enclosed concession trailers that guests can shoot from inside at targets outside. With the growing popularity of Adrenaline Mountain, we have spent the past several months building a new firing line to accommodate the additional guests comfortably. Instead of single-wide trailers that total 300 square feet, our new firing line is 1,770 square feet made from four 53’ refrigeration semi-trailers with the interior walls cutout to form a large room. This much larger 7-lane firing line will be using the refrigeration units on the trailers as Air Conditioning in the summer and even has 2 restrooms. At over 34’ deep, it has room for stanchions to create lines for each shooting station rather than rely on guests deciding on their own who’s next to shoot. The new firing line will be open mid-October of 2022. As far as multiple guns going off at once within feet of each other, I’m not sure what to say since that is the nature of a shooting range. As with any vehicle, buses breakdown from time to time which is why we have 6 so that we can dispatch a replacement immediately upon the breakdown. I must admit that I’m a little surprised at your 3-Star review when it seems you had a good time and especially when you saw the new firing line that solves your concerns. The staff and management work hard to create a 5-Star experience for all our guests who attend our one-of-a-kind attraction. My hope is that your 3-Star review for enhancements you saw in progress does not deter too many future customers. Thank you for shooting with us.

First time doing anything like this but had an awesome time. Everyone else was a beginner too. Staff were really friendly, patient and made it fun for everyone. Had a huge choice and they were great at giving recommendations depending how easy or powerful you wanted to go. All the guns had a little bio and was linked to a film you may have seen them used.
