Over charged

This trip was not as advertised, there were a few things that we did not receive, the winery itself was very nice and very friendly but the wine tasting is free for anyone who visits, I feel like we paid over $400 for a ride to a free Winery! This was very over priced, this did not feel like a package, no one knew of our visit to the winery! You definitely over charged us for a ride! Not happy about that. I got nothing that was originally advertised in this tour!

Hi Francessca! The cost of the tour is 5 hours regardless of what is done. We, operating with cars drivers and distances (among others), charge for their rental and for the distances, in this case, it is for 5 hours and to a different destination than usual. We offer the convenience of door to door with a professional driver and a luxury vehicle, where the traveler can be comfortable and have fun without problems (I.e. drunk driving). This was a fabulous boutique winery. Fantastic Wine excellent price. The guide was exceptional. I would advise everyone who is in the area to take this tour. 1 hour outside of Las Vegas.
