Terrible!! There is no GROUP tour at all.. it’s self guided and no food is included

If I could leave no stars I would!! This whole thing was a sham. We arrived at the location.. there was no group trip. We had to message the company multiple times AND get Viator to contact the company to find out where we were supposed to meet up just to find out the tour itself was actually self guided and they didn’t provide anything but the scooters. The lady at the scooter place kept saying that Viator had the excursiom posted incorrectly (I have a video of the whole experience) and it doesn’t match what we signed up for even after I showed her my tickets. The tacos aren’t included at all.. you have to pay for those yourself and there is no way to get a direct refund from Viator or the people that are actually inside the scooter place. We are still awaiting a response from the scooter company’s owner.

This was such a fun way to celebrate my son's 19th birthday! We are all taco lovers and enjoyed the food and the scenery as we travelled from place to place. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice. Love our pics! Highly recommend.

Miscommunication results in no tour

I scheduled the tour and showed up, only to find out it had been canceled. Aparently viator doesn't communicate # of participants to the food tour company. The tour company didn't think anyone had signed up, so they canceled it. I would have loved to go on this tour, I was really looking forward to it.

Great experience on the taco tour with Matt! This tour packed in a short photo shoot, taco tasting, history lesson, trivia, and of course some exciting scooter riding! We devoured the yummy tacos and had a blast following Matt around town on our scooters. Definitely try this out - you won’t be disappointed.

If I had got my picture that was apart of my package after being annoyed with the fact that the host didn’t even have our numbers to begin with which we thankfully pointed out. We gave her our number and email and was told we would get them and still nothing. I have reported this already and you still didn’t do anything. Other than that the experience itself was great!
