Poor customer service

Was ill at the last minute and try to reschedule for the following night. We were told that we could not reschedule and would lose our money. Obviously, we lost our money because we were sick and could not go. We did not ask for a refund we simply asked for a reschedule.

Bruce the guide was absolutely disrespectful and rude. He was nasty to people telling them to they could with be quiet and listen or get off the bus. To show you how bad it was we started with 38 and people requested to get off throughout the trip by the time we returned there 5 of us. And my husband would have got off before we left but i wanted to see the city so we pushed through. Lots of inappropriate comments and just rude. Also good thing there were no kids due to language and comments

The bus tour was a lot of fun however they pick you up and then head straight to the Excalibur for a bathroom break. That’s the only one, the night time tour needs another stop up by Fremont st for a bathroom break. Everyone on the bus ran off trying to find a bathroom when we finally got done.

Okay tour, but too long

It was interesting at first but then went a bit downhill. The biggest issue was it was simply too long. They tried to stretch a 60-minute tour into 90+ minutes. There simply wasn't enough to talk about for a 90-minute tour. So the guide ended up repeating herself. Also, the people sitting in the bus's open-air section should have offered some water. So I give it a 3.0 for the first hour, then a 1.0 after that.

It was cool to see the lights from the bus, but the tour itself was sleepy. The mic for the guide kept cutting out, which was frustrating. Then the whole thing felt very low energy. For something in Vegas that is starting after 10pm, you would expect there to be some life.

We were only in Vegas for 2 days and to be able to see the entire city in our time crunch on a bus was perfect!!! We enjoyed seeing the old Vegas along with the Vegas everyone is used to. The weather was perfect, but take a jacket just in case it gets cold on you. With all covid things to consider, riding in an open air bus with limited guests is perfect for any family. Our time on the bus was as long as our flight to Vegas (2 hours +). It was fun! Our girls ages 22 and 16, thought it was great .
