Clean, safe, AMAZING memorable experience

Amazing experience! The facility is very traveler friendly. It's clean, safe, and you will never forget the experiences of the zip lines, horse ride through the trails, the water slide, optional 20 min waterfall hike, and the mud and hot baths to end the trip. Our tour guide Luis was amazing. He even stopped by the fruit stand on the drive to buy fruits we haven't tried and took pictures of us during our adventures. Thank you Luis!

Far exceeded expectations

There were 13 of us moms who, on a whim, decided to do the Mega Tour which included horses, zip lining, water slide, hot springs, a cultural tour, lunch, and hiking. The guide, Walter, was fantastic. He had a wealth of knowledge about the region, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great experience. The driver, Raul, made sure we got to our destination and back safely. The day far exceeded any expectations I had, and on top of everything, the lunch was delicious.

The entire day was absolutely amazing and unforgettable!!! Our guide, Pablo, was the best and a huge part of such an enjoyable day. For a day of experiencing multiple adventures, this is it!!! We started with the zip line, then horseback riding, took a break for lunch, and finished the day with the waterslide, mud bath and hot springs. There is no possible way to pick a favorite!!!

It was a blast. You don’t want to miss this excursion.

Roger was a wonderful guide. Very patient accommodating and polite the water slide was a blast! You can choose your speed; slow, medium or fast. Horses know where to go. Mud isn’t a bath. It is mud in a pot that you rub on your body. Skin was very soft after. Then soak in hot springs. Apparently they do massages there as well which we didn’t know about but we didn’t have time anyways. Only complaint is that it was a 2 1-2 hour drive from our hotel JW Marriott Lunch was really good too!

We enjoyed our trip with Rosbin. He was an amazing tour guide and made our experience at burne vista even better! The food was so fresh and delicious and well deserved after all the activities you will do. Great option for small groups/couples.

Great value for your money. Wayyyy better than most excursions. Def the best one we took. Did activities for a good amount of time. Our tour guide was Rosbin and our driver was Rene. They treated us like family and made sure we experienced this excursion to the fullest. We took the private tour and we were there with one more couple so they def had time for us and everything was well explained and organized. Rosbin has a great eye and he pointed out animals we might have not seen if he did not point them out. We had a lot of fun and would recommend it to anyone. Company was Alex on the beach

Great Tour No Thanks To Viator

My tour guide Robin Jimenez was amazing! He was super accommodating even though Viator screwed up our reservation. In a nutshell i was given Robin’s name and license plate number but Viator never contacted Robin to let him know he had a reservation. So he double booked for that day and just so happened to be picking up someone from our resort that day. When I said his name at the gate he was like “that’s me but I’m picking up another group”. He was going to have his wife do the tour with us but his other booking for that day fell through and he was able to take us after all. Had he not been at our resort coincidentally we would have lost our money for the tour at no fault to us! We did so much more than outlined in the description. It’s well worth the money but I reccommend booking directly or through trip advisor. His company is called SevenSense Costa Rica.

We had a great trip with our family - kids ages 8, 10 and 12. Highlights were zip line and water slide. All you need is sun tan lotion, bug spray and water shoes. Buena Vista Lodge provides everything else.
