Overpriced and poor communication

When we were picked up from our hotel for the tour we were told that there would be no visibility for snorkeling. We were never warned or told this at any point prior which they had known for days. It wasn’t just bad visibility that day it had been for weeks. We were also told that we could no longer cancel or receive a refund. The snorkeling was the main reason we chose this tour and we would have cancelled had we known that conditions were not good. The hike through the National park was fine. Shorter than we had expected as it was less than 1 mile. We saw sloths, monkeys, snakes, etc. This tour was completely overpriced for what it was. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. We paid a $100 per person for a boat ride and a 1 mile hike in the park with a guide. I would not recommend.
