Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time from the schedule pick up time. There after £6 for every 15 minutes. Waiting charges are payable to driver as a cash payment.
Admission tickets to Studio must bought in advance. This is a transfer service only.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very friendly chatty driver on the way. He was on time, we managed to get in on an earlier tour and the company were flexible in changing the pick up time. It was about 45mins drive from Kensington. Although I found this transfer expensive, it was easy and convenient for first timers to London. Thank you
