We loved walking around the city and learning all the fun inspiration locations of Harry Potter. Caroline was so personable and really made the tour so enjoyable. We will absolutely be going on the tour again during our next visit to London.

Our guide Caroline, was very knowledgeable and fun. Learned a lot of trivia that I had not previously known. Did the 10am tour which was nice with less crowds. Only complaint was directions were very poor, almost missed the start. Need more details listed on website!

There was nothing genuinely unique about this tour. I could have walked myself to each and every sight myself and googled the facts and walked away plenty satisfied but instead I thought signing up for this tour meant walking with a harry potter enthusiast someone truly passionate and excited about harry potter and the places that we were taken to throughout london. No offense but he seemed bored and exhausted and he didn't know too much except a few cool facts and the photos in his binder. Also the only person who got a descent amount of attention was the young girl with us but he needed more social skills more happiness and if there was limited info on harry potter he could have also added in fun facts about the places we didnt know. I also think the big disappointment was at the end when we ended the tour at the most random spot of borough market where he just pointed at the bridge and said there it is but we didnt actually go to the bridge which on the description said it was the last stop we made but we didnt actually. Like I said this was supposed to be the most exciting part of my trip and it was the biggest disappointment instead even warner brothers made their tour 10x better than this. The game they claim to play with house teams against each other was also not really in motion it was more just question answer and no prize or acknowledgement at the end. Again advice be more exciting find a way to make it fun and interactive and exciting for my first time in London it was a let down.

We are so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our excellently reviewed Harry Potter tour enjoyed by thousands of our guests every year. You could indeed google the places yourself and do some of your own research but we guarantee it would take at least double the time without knowing our carefully mapped and well researched route and watching hours of interviews and behind the scenes footage for the fun facts of the filming, and reading all of Jk Rowlings Biographies to understand the inspirations used in the Books like we have. So why not spend a mer £17 (half price for kids!) to let us entertain you for 3 hours and as an added bonus you get to explore a really cool city at the same time. We are also sorry to hear you weren't included in the games, most guides tailor the tours to each group so the younger children may have had some extra focus. Overall we hope you come back to London and experience the magic again in the home of Harry Potter.

Very good Harry Potter tour, lengthy walk

We had a very good experience and our guide Michael kept things entertaining the whole way. Keep in mind that this is on the longer side of the tours offered, so it will test your endurance. This particular tour combines a mix of filming locations, inspiration points for J.K. Rowling, London sights, and a stop at a gift shop.

We were a group of 7 flight crewmates on a layover and decided at the last minute to do the tour, and I'm so glad we did. It was a great time and Lupe was an amazing guide! Our guide was fantastic, I think her name was Lupe, sorry if that's wrong as I have a terrible memory! The tour was great, both myself and my 14yr old son had wonderful time and got lots of photos along the way. The other people in our tour group were all very friendly too which made the tour even more enjoyable 😁 My son said he learnt a lot of interesting facts he wasn't expecting.

At first I didn't know what to expect but after we looked at the stations I recognized it and where Hagrriet left Harry on the bridge,the other I did not notice much except the castle because I didn't see part 4,5 ,6 and more.
