What To Expect

Your night tour through London begins in the city center. Board the double-decker bus and grab a comfortable seat for the ride. Setting off through Piccadilly, get your first views of London magically illuminated. See the lively evening crowd and pass elegant stores like Fortnum & Mason juxtaposed by modern neon billboards. Continue on to Westminster to view the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey wonderfully shadowed by spotlight, and cruise by the Thames River dotted with glittering boats.

Soon arrive at St. Paul’s Cathedral, the country's second-biggest church and a masterpiece of baroque architecture. Take a moment to marvel at the magnificent dome set against the city skyline, then catch great views of the illuminated London Eye and the iconic Tower Bridge, spilling golden light down from its two magnificent towers.

The final leg of your tour takes you to Knightsbridge, an attractive neighborhood flush with concert venues, museums, and upscale shopping. Pass by Harrods—one of London’s most famous shops—on your way back to Green Park where your tour ends.

During summer months the tours may not be in the hours of darkness due to the sunset time.

Fun first evening in London

We went at 8, which is before the evening sets. While you don’t see much of it at night it was really nice as an evening to do. However, note, hard to get food after when you finish the tour. Kitchens close early, so plan accordingly. Loved the stories.

Booked the 9:15pm bus on the day arrival. Stood at the bus stop for 40minutes near the Ritz Carlton and the park and the bus did not arrive. Reached out to Viator and the company Evans and Evans. Viator will not refund due to its 24hr cancellation policy and the tour bus company says you have to wait 30days and they can’t guarantee they’ll refund the ticket even tho negligence is on their part and the bus never arrived. Rip off

Tour at night, See London Lights.

It’s a good activity if you’re free a night for just a couple hours. Many of the famous London sights close between 3:30 and 6:00. Fun, fast way to get an overview of some parts of the City of London and Westminster. Attractions lit up are beautiful and exciting. Chris, the guide, joked and pointed out the sights. He Encouraged a some group participation, and some of us joined in. For me, that’s better than just being fed information for 90 minutes. Note, a couple things should be changed: first off, the meeting point should be right on the ticket. Yes, if you print it out, it might be on a piece of paper, but it’s probably just has a link to it. Not. Helpful. May 2023, the meeting point was right next to the Ritz Hotel. it doesn’t mention of that hotel, even though it’s a major landmark. Go figure. Finally, the tour mentions that tips and “food and drinks” are not included. That made it sound like there would be food and drink for purchase. But it’s just an double decker bus with an open top. Probably best to eat before or after the door. Dress for the weather; bring layers.

Great fun except for above

A mother & adult daughter sat in separate rows, to sit on the sides, taking up 4 seats and preventing others from sitting upstairs. Then they spoke loudly to each other in German the entire trip. This should be controlled by the staff
