What To Expect

Stroll the open-air deck and help yourself to delicious canapés as you embark on a leisurely float along London’s famous waterway. Then find a seat in the indoor saloon, enjoy live jazz music and admire unobstructed views of passing city landmarks at sunset.

Heading first past Westminster, get great views of the Houses of Parliament and the iconic Big Ben, followed by the illuminated London Eye and Shakespeare’s famous Globe Theatre, a gorgeous Elizabethan playhouse that still runs regular performances. Sip on bubbly wine as your boat cruises under London Bridge and past the Tower of London and the monolithic Shard building—London’s tallest building at 1,016 feet (310 meters) in height.

The final leg of your cruise takes you by Canary Wharf and the HMS Belfast which is now the Royal Naval Museum. From here, your boat makes its way back to Westminster Pier, where you disembark with plenty of time for dinner or evening activities.

Recommended tour. Enjoyable evening. Staff attentive and friendly. Canapés tasted good. Wine upon arrival. Extra drinks are chargeable. Top outdoor deck has amazing views by night. It’s quite expensive for what it is, but it is London. Nice to do once and thoroughly enjoyed.

Came off as advertised. Had our 1 complimentary sparkling wine and what turned out to be fairly unlimited hors d’oeuvres. Young lady sang along to her favorite tunes while partaking in multiple glasses of said sparking wines. One ambitious passenger joined her in an impromptu dance!

Lovely trip down the Thames. The music was great and loved the finger foods. My only suggestion would be to check the times and the sunset for the time of year you book, we were hoping to see the river and the city at night but the sun didn’t set until nearly 9pm! As the tour states it’s an evening cruise, our fault for thinking it would be sunset and/or dark at the time of the tour.

Lovely way to end the day after a long day of sight seeing, weather was perfect. You have the option of sitting upstairs in the open on downstairs where it is enclosed. Complimentary glass of champagne or soft drink is offered when boarding. Canopies are also offered through out the first half. There is also a bar where you can purchase further drinks and snacks. The only disappointing thing is if you sit upstairs in the open deck you are unable to enjoy the live performance of the singer. It would have been nice to of has music to listen to while sat on the open deck. The cruise is for two hours and it is very peaceful and calming. The boat was lovely and clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved this experience and would recommend it to everyone.

I started off my visit to London from the United States with this like for river cruise. It was two hours of pure joy with a professional, friendly, attentive staff! The talented singer entertained us all while canapes were passed around. There was plenty of seating and room to move about for the stunning views. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! <3

Average cruise with no commentary of the sights

This was a really average experience for us. Boat staff were all friendly and there was plenty of space but there was no commentary of the sights at all, and instead there was a musical performer. While he was great, there were quite a few drunk people on the boat such that for most of the trip, it felt like we were attending a bad wedding with all the terrible singing and dancing that goes along with it. We escaped to the top deck to avoid the noise and cringey atmosphere on the main indoor deck. Food was generic and not too tasty. Not really worth the money overall.

Fire the man who checks guests in!

While the crew and everyone working on the ship were professional and friendly, the same cannot be said about staff on the dock. The gentleman who was responsible for checking us in was terribly rude. Despite everyone in our party having booking references and electronic tickets (with QR codes!), he tried to stop 4 people from our group of seven from boarding. He claimed he couldn’t find our reservations, refused to scan our e-tickets, tried to force us to purchase additional tickets, and was incredibly loud and rude throughout the process. He literally yelled at our group for listening to another staff member - then shouted at her when we pointed out we were following instructions she provided. He never apologized for his errors or behavior. I have never experienced such rudeness on a tour, it was embarrassing for my friends and uncomfortable for everyone else. Again, this is particular to the man on the dock responsible for checking guests in. The captain and boat staff were lovely and tried to make things enjoyable. But the sour taste left by getting yelled at (when we were not even in the wrong) made it such that I could never recommend this tour.

The complementary champagne was nice and the canapes were pretty good. I didn't expect the live singer, which added a really nice to touch. The boat was not packed at all so it was really easy to move around and see different sights both inside the main part of the boat and upstairs which was outside. Really great views and the boat moves slow.
