What To Expect

After pickup from the central London meeting point, travel by air-conditioned coach to your first stop, Windsor. Here, you’ll either visit Windsor Castle or go on a walking tour of the city, depending on your tour option chosen.

Afterward, continue by coach bus to Stonehenge. Admire England’s countryside as you travel to Salisbury Plain, the home of this UNESCO-listed stone circle, whose origins stretch back 4,500 years. Marvel at the prehistoric edifice, now generally thought to have been a temple aligned to the movements of the sun. Gaze at the stones, ponder how they were transported here and explore the cutting-edge visitor center to see the archaeological and virtual displays.

Next, continue to the picture-postcard village of Lacock, one of England’s prettiest spots. The 13th-century village has starred in period TV drama adaptations such as Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, as well as movies such as Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Head inside The George Inn, a welcoming, 14th-century pub, and savor a delicious, traditional English lunch. On rare occasions, when the inn is shut, you will visit a similar, nearby pub for your meal.

Duly refreshed, venture onward to the handsome Georgian city of Bath, once home to Jane Austen, the beloved,18th-century novelist. Enjoy a panoramic coach tour of the honey-stoned architecture, admiring top Bath attractions such as the sublime Royal Crescent and Pulteney Bridge on route.

Then, take a short guided stroll past the famous Roman Baths and impressive Bath Abbey. Delve into the cobblestone streets, browse for souvenirs and take snapshots of the lovely 18th-century buildings.

Your tour then concludes with drop-off in central London.

Peter was a fabulous tour guide. This tour was one of the best I’ve ever taken. It was packed with lots of sites and activities but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Peter was animated and entertaining and showed us a fabulous and informative time. As advertised, it is a long day. But you get to see four distinct places, in four different areas of the country and lots in between. I highly recommend this tour.

Eugene & Jermaine were fantastic! Very knowledgeable & loved the pub stop. Bath is a beautiful town. Stonehenge is a fascinating place. Windsor Castle was truly majestic. The day was planned to perfection.

Too many destinations in one day

Perhaps split up tour- Stonehenge and Bath one trip and Windsor Castle another day. We had only 50 min. @ Windsor Castle (said 2 hours) and 20 min in Bath. Overall good experience just would have done it differently if we realized how little time we would have at Castle & Bath.

I most enjoyed Windsor and Bath, but most of all, the whole journey. It was excellent. Zozo and Moses were the epitome of excellent customer service, Zozo was very knowledgeable about his subject, and Moses a first rate driver with a huge sense of humour.

The places we traveled to were great however we felt very rushed at all of them. The bus left 15 min late and then we got stuck behind an accident on the highway which put us to Windsor Castle late and we had to rush through everything. That set the tone for the whole day and we felt rushed all day. For the amount of time you spend on the bus, WiFi should be included and it wasn’t. They tried to fit too much into one day, I wouldn’t recommend doing this tour.

Our tour guide Eugene was fun and provided a lot of interesting facts along our journey. This is not a tour for someone who wants to spend a lot of time at each stop, but rather a way to see a few places quickly. Overall an enjoyable experience and a great way to get out of london for a day.

Steve was our tour guide and Robert was our coach driver. Both were amazing! Steve is very knowledgeable and can keep everyone informed and entertained. He knows everything about each of the stops on this tour. Really nice. I’d definitely choose them again on my next tours.

We were extremely disappointed with the tour to Windsor Castle with long lines getting into the castle and only managed to visit the Chapel where the Queen was laid. The trip to Bath was even worse as we had only 20 minutes to walk around the town which was impossible to see anything! The lunch ended up being dinner at almost 6 pm. The tour guide appeared to be scattered brain with unnecessary commentaries. Totally unhappy with Premium Tours.

The victoria station boarding was horrible and disorganized. We kept asking when our trip was boarding and then was told it left. We were put on a different tour with half the stops and no refund (no windsor or pub lunch). We waited longer than we should have at bath for tickets cutting short our visit. On the plus side the narrating was good, the trip was smooth and the locations were enjoyable. You can't really plan ahead for the disorganization. We did two other tours with other agencies, didn't have any troubles.
