Be aware of a half an hour wait at Greenwich Pier if doing the trip in one and on a tight schedule.

My advice, if leaving from Greenwich, and you want the full experience, catch the earliest departure at 10:00.

Great cruise in the Thames , it was bit crowded today , but was great as we sat on the top had are wine and listen one of the crew member explain the river side view .. amazing weather.

The man narrating about the different sites we saw was both funny and informative. The fact that we could get off and explore was why we booked this. I highly recommend this.

i booked this trip and placed my dates in as June 1st, while checking out it kicked me back to the day i made the booking, May 22nd which at the time of booking that particular trip had already gone. Impossible to get a response from anyone to help despite trying to change the dates to my original request. Still no response so yeh this outfit won't be seeing a booking from us again which was a shame. How could you book and pay for a trip if that boat had already completed the journey.

A very disappointing waste of time and money

A very disappointing tour. We were to catch the boat at Tower Hill at 10 o’clock. The person in the ticket box didn’t even show up until 10 o’clock to verify our tickets and allow us on board. We took the boat down to The Eye, and rode that ride, and then returned to the pier to go back up to Tower Hill. At that time we were told that the next cruise boat wouldn’t be for another hour as they were short crew people, and the one we were going to take had been canceled. So ultimately, we only hopped on one time and got off, and never returned to hop back on and took the subways back to Tower Hill to go to the tower of London. Not worth the time or money in my opinion.

Went in the middle of December. No crowd. Trip takes a little over an hour from Westminster to Greenwich and then back to Westminster giving you a wonderful view of both sides of the Thames. If it had been summer, the temps above the 30's (Fahrenheit) then it would have been a great day to get off at Greenwich and take a look around. If we are ever back in London again, we'll definitely do that!

Take Uber Boats Instead

Time Tables when I booked showed Saturday cruise between Westminster and Greenwitch. Turned out they only go between Westminster and Tower Bridge. I had tickets for the observatory in Greenwitch, so I was forced to take another boat (Uber Boats) which were much nicer n faster.
