Heading west from Tower Pier, first pass the mystery-laden Tower of London and the monolithic Shard building, a 95-story pyramid of glass. Continue on to Shakespeare’s famous Globe Theatre, a stunning Elizabethan playhouse with running performances, and the towering London Eye. Along the South Bank, see a medley of buskers, locals, and tourists meandering on the bustling pedestrian path. Your cruise loops at Westminster, for great views of the Houses of Parliament before heading back east.

Improvements Needed

We enjoyed the boat ride itself, but the food tasted terrible and the tea was served much later than the food. People were receiving their second drink order before we got our tea. We couldn’t hear anything the announcer was saying about the points of interest. At first it was due to people talking, then poor audio quality.

This was a wonderful experience abdxwr thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well organized and the staff were all impeccable. Highly recommend this excursion. The tea and sandwiches and beautiful little pastries were delicious.

It was a fun experience, the tea was a traditional English tea with the snacks and tea options. It was a relaxing afternoon and doing the tea on the river cruise was well worth it for us!

We arrived to discover that, along with several other people, our reservation was not booked at all with the boat company. The boat was full so we couldn’t go on the trip as planned which was very disappointing . My advice is to book direct with City Cruises

Not on the manifest. Viator didn’t follow through but took my money. Have more booked with them, dear god hope they come through. So awful. Couldn’t get on the boat since Viator did t follow through
