The Guard Change may not be operational in bad weather conditions. On these occasions we will visit the Horse Guards for a photo stop instead.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

When touring St Paul's or the Tower, if you were not right next to her, it was a waste of time, as you couldn't hear what she was saying.

Loved the tour!

Our tour guide was excellent. The only complaint would be that we weren’t given any time for lunch. Maybe 20 minutes after the London eye to grab a sandwich before the boat ride would have been nice for the all day tour would have worked. Overall it was great and I would recommend it, worth the money.

What an enjoyable tour of St. Paul’s, Tower of London and the London Eye! Tish was a wealth of information regarding London history. She was very mindful of allowing time for us to stop for coffee/food and use the restroom. She calmly and patiently herded our big group through London allowing us to see as much as we could in our allotted time.

Such an amazing day tour - the weather was cold and windy but the guide and driver were so fantastic they made it a great day. Highly recommend. The meeting point we found difficult on where to meet the bus it would be great to give a street address or say kitty corner from the bus station as we asked multiple people for help with the designated spot but other than that top notch

We were disappointed that we could not go to Buckingham Palace, which was the main attraction we wanted. We were stuck in traffic for a long time and the guide was just trying to keep us positive. Not worth the money/

David was a great guide and provided a ton of info about London! Our driver was excellent as well. We saw and experienced many sites—quickly. There is a lot of walking and some navigating cobblestone roads at the Tower of London. The queue to see the Crown Jewels looked so long, but moved quickly. It was an overall really nice day!

St Paul's Cathedral was beautiful and not as crowded as other sights. Our guide,Ari, was more than considerate of my needs. The waiting at some places was very long and crowds were large. Ari managed our group through it all masterfully! Our driver, Edu was very good too!

Mark was great and his witty humor helped make the day pass by. The tour itself is comparable in price to doing all the activities on your own. I’d say the London eye and river tour you could probably do without - there was no “tour” portion during those two activities, nothing was explained.

worst experience ever

We didn’t get to experience this . Driver forgot about us and left us behind 10 mins early. Tour guide mark did apologize and said he will talk to the team about getting us refund but haven’t heard anything from them . They had hire new driver and he gave us wrong pick up information. We felt like they just want our money and don’t value their customers. I had always used viator and never had this issue but this is really unacceptable. When you are in vacation every hr counts and this tour ruined our whole day . We can’t trust viator anymore. Hope I will get my money back as it was completely drivers fault and not ours .
