We’re very sorry to hear your feedback about the journey to Warner Bros. Studios. What you describe is not in keeping with our usual high standards, and certainly not what the vast majority of our guests experience.
Our drivers are also trained to the highest standards. From time-to-time, unfortunately we experience delays in our journey times due to traffic, but our average journey time does not normally exceed 1.5hrs. We would like to investigate further to understand what happened during your tour departure – please email details of your booking to reservations@evanevanstours.co.uk and we will look into the matter.
