I had to ask in airport for assistance to contact the company to inform them we had arrived and to ask where we would be collected and what type of vehicle . Once the driver ( Val ) arrived otherwise he and the journey to hotel were excellent

On time meeting us the 4 of us at JFK driving us to Manhattan and returning us back to JFK the next day. Clean, safe car. The driver was focused on driving in hectic, busy roads. He know his stuff about Terminals-since we had 3 different airlines. So thankful we made it safe and relaxing!

When we arrived at the JFK area for ground travel, we were surrounded by people going every direction. It was quite frightening!! A simple call to number found in my email assured that we connected to the right driver. I was given driver’s name (Abraham) & transferred from dispatcher to driver. He talked to me until we could meet. We felt safe and confident that this reservation was best for us!!
It was so smooth and our driver was a class act and professional!

Our flight came in after midnight, luggage got in late didn’t end up getting out till 1:30 am, the driver was right there outside the baggage claim!! And to top it all, the street for our hotel, Intercontinental Time Square was closed off for some police activity, he helped got the hotel staff and helped with the bags. He was just a great help. I am bummed that I am not able to remember his name, but I know is from Trinidad! He is a great asset to your company! Thank you!

Our meet and greet man- Richie was great, unfortunately our flight was delayed arriving, but Richie was still waiting for us, thank you. However the SUV vehicle I ordered was not. Ended up with just a standard car, very disappointed. Won’t be using this company again.

Amazing service! The greeter was waiting with a sign. Helped us with the 15 suitcases we had and got us to the driver. The driver was also amazing. Very friendly and helped us a lot with the huge load we had we us. All and all the best experience we had with transportation in NYC.

Paid for a signed meet and greet in arrival hall and transfer via 9 seater van (mini bus). We were not met in the hall at all, got a call while in passport queue asking how long we would be and to call once we were through baggage. Did so and then still had to wait approx. 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. The vehicle was then an SUV and not the van / mini bus that had been ordered and paid for - the cost of an SUV transfer being considerably less. The driver advised his company did not actually have any van / mini bus vehicles available, but Viator were happy to take the booking and payment for on the basis that one would be available. Very disappointing. Have not yet been able to make contact with either Viator (looks like the email address does not work for incoming email) or the service provider My Sedan to secure refund of the cost differential. Made the booking for the return transfer in a couple of days in the same manner so guess we’ll see what turns up and when!

Awful experience as the company cancelled our airport transfer took our money and didn’t tell us! So arrived collected bags waited hour then another hour to get through to find out where the transfer was to be told there wasn’t one and had to find a cab and pay again absolutely shocking!

Excellent service We were greeted in arrivals by a very friendly and personable member of My Sedan and taken to our vehicle to meet the driver. Contact was made by the company soon after we landed. The driver was very polite and we had a nice relaxed trip to our chosen hotel. Overall an excellent experience and aided to a good start to our holiday.

I got a call from VIATOR the day before my flight saying the car was waiting for me. I told them that my flight was the next day and they answer "ok, you're right, our mistake". I felt something bad was coming... After that, I sent them a message reminding that I was going the next day, with my flight number and time of arrival. Received a message from VIATOR confirming that everything was OK. Of course no one showed up to pick us at the time of arrival (8 people with 2 children). After calling them, they said there was no transport available near the airport and that the fastest van they could get was, at least, 2 hours later. Of course we got 2 UBERS to the hotel and never called them back. Please don't use this service. I, for shure, won't.

After waiting for so long at the immigration, we also had to wait for the transfer. After calling the company we had to wait for another half for the driver to come to pick us up. It me $10 for the phone call. It would be nice if we would receive this amount in return. Thanks in advance.
