John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): Your pickup will be 'curbside', meaning you will need to exit Arrivals to meet your driver in a designated pickup zone outside of the terminal. After you collect your baggage, please folow the instruction below, exit your Arrival terminal. Then please call, SMS or Whatsapp your driver to confirm pick up. Your driver will be waiting for your phone call/SMS in what is known as the “Cell Phone Lot”. This is a spot where drivers wait to receive calls from passengers to be informed of arrivals. Depending on which terminal your flight has landed you will arrive to a different zone. Your driver will know which zone to come to. Terminal 1: Pick-up area is located at the “Express Bus Lane” located outside of the terminal. Terminal 2: Pick-up will be at “Area E” Near cibro express gourmet markets, your driver just outside of the terminal. Terminal 4: Pick-up will be just outside the terminal at “Passenger Pick-Up B”. Terminal 5: Pick-up will be just outside the terminal at “Passenger Pick-Up #3”. Terminal 7: Pick-up will be just outside the terminal at “Passenger Pick-Up B”. Terminal 8: Pick-up will be just outside the terminal at “Passenger Pick-Up B”. Please keep in mind that all terminals at JFK have a non-idling rule. Meaning, the driver can´t park and wait at the pickup point. If you cannot find your driver: Please switch on your mobile phone. You should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call the driver directly.
