Rides, shows closed. Pricing very expensive. Fast pass good for one ride on each ride. Do not feel fast passes are worth the added expense.

I took my sister to Universal Studios for her birthday and I thought it would be fun to get the express pass so we didn’t have to wait in line. Her and I had so much fun and I would definitely call this experience a 10 out of 10..

Refund or rescheduling declined

Our flight got canceled due to weather conditions, so we missed going to universal studios. Viator declined to refund or even reschedule the trip to a different day. It was my daughters BD and Christmas gift. Very disappointing

Totally worth it!

Totally worth it! Lines were 2 hours+ for every ride. Go early to catch a couple of rides without using the pass. That way you can go on your favourite rides more than once. I recommend the Jurassic Park ride, The Mummy ride and the Transformers ride for thrill seekers

Very beneficial as we managed to go on every ride, some we were able to just walk on. The longest wait time whilst at the park for standard que was 55 min, and we waited about 15 min for that ride. Would be better if the express tickets also had their own que to get into the park. Overall a very enjoyable day and would recommend the express tickets

We had the best experience ever. This is the first time ever going to an amusement park and not having to wait for hours in line. My entire family was able to ride every ride that they wanted to ride and do seconds because we had the expressed pass. This is definitely the way to go.
