      Getting the express pass...

      Getting the express pass was a little pricey but totally worth it. Saving us time and we were able to ride everything on a crowded day.

      We purchased the express tickets and it was totally worth it. We were able to skip several lines which were 1 1/2 to 2 hour waits and go directly on rides. 100% would do it again

      We had a fun but tiresome day. If I was going to do it again, I’ll get the express pass although it’s expensive. People with express pass were prioritized and moved faster and caused 2 hours or more wait time for others .

      The rides are mostly indoors since Jurassic Park was closed. I didn’t mind it but my girls prefer to have the rides outdoors. Nevertheless we still enjoyed our time at U Studio

      Long queues at the big, well-known games (2 hours per game). There should be a better planning of people allowed to enter the park so that we don’t meed to wait 2-3 hours to enter a 2 minutes game!

      It was OK. First thing in the morning there were no lines. As the day went on they were horrible. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the "secret life of pets " ride. Pathetic when it said 30 mins.

      We were charged FULL PRICE for the day tickets which were not cheap. However, when we arrived the "day" was shortened to 6pm instead of 9pm and many of the activities were closed due to "special halloween" preparations, including waterworld and all the "ghost train" type rides. This also probably meant that the queues for the remaining rides were even longer. So overall the experience was below our expectations.

      Was fun and prices are good, food are amazing , the line for the rides are good rides loved roady to come back
      Universal Studios was fun but long long lines, and be prepared to spend a lot of money!

      The actors and staff were amazing! Courteous, helpful and accommodating! The lines for hours in 100 degree weather were not! For the prices that we paid for everything, was outrageous! There were hardly any water fountains anywhere, the only one found was at the Jurassic Park ride and the water was warm :(

      Do not use Viator! I bought tickets from them and they were expired and didn’t work so I had to repurchase tickets at the gate and I didn’t get my refund back.

      I had such a horrible experience, I booked my tickets to be ready for when I came down to California and they were expired although my trip was set for July 19, 2022 and for some reason the tickets were set for July 10, 2022. The ticket and the email reservation both said July 19 as that was when we were there. So I had to by my tickets AGAIN and Viator world NOT refund my purchase for their mistake :/

      Long queues, privileging fast track over general admission instead of putting a system that manages both flows at the same time. We literally waited until the fast track queues were done before general admissions could move

      Back lot tour was amazing. Other than that not much different then Orlando. Was a little disappointed. With express passes saw everything in 6 hours. However over 1000 for 4 people for ONE day for ONE park and 6 hours is ridiculous.
