Great tour and a great guide. The audio headphones are always a nice touch so you can hear your guide while you wander about. Promtp, timely, and everything as promised. A great day trip from Madrid!

Our tour to Avila and Segovia was very enjoyable. It was well organized and on time. Our guide was Oscar. He is very knowledgeable and yet very calm and relaxed in his delivery. I would highly recommend this tour.

Well organized and our guide Rafa was very informative. There was a nice mix of guided portions and time spent exploring yourself. My only suggestion is to have more time for lunch, an hour wasn’t nearly enough to do the castle wall walk in Ávila and also grab lunch.

Such a great tour. The tour guides Eli and Daniel were very knowledgable and friendly. E learnt so much and there was a good balance of free time for coffee and cake. Probably a few too many people in the tour group and the ear pieces failed a couple of times but it didn’t detract from the tour

The first time we arrived at the outskirts of Avila and saw the amazing walls, it was so unreal. Like stepping through time and our guide was so entertaining and knowledgeable. She would be able to look at a wall and tell you from what time period the different parts of the wall was constructed. Interesting and fun.

Well organised and interesting tour

The guides were excellent, the tour was well organised and sights great. There wasn’t much time for casual paced sightseeing and the tour timetable was tight but given the amount included in the day that wasn’t unexpected. We loved the audio system with each person able to hear the guides using the earphones. Really easy to hear the information given. Our English speaking guide was fantastic. He said it was his first time taking the tour in English and he did an awesome job.
