We ran into problems when we arrived at...

We ran into problems when we arrived at the tower. With no signal, I could not retrieve my voucher, or even find out where to meet. When I called the original phone number on the e-mail, they said they were out for an event. We were stuck. We eventually got a signal and found out where to meet at the last minute. In the future I would print out all vouchers to avoid the panic.
