Overview

Spot semi-wild orangutans plus gibbons and maybe even jungle turtles on this intimate guided hike through the Sumatran rain forest. Setting out from Bukit Lawang in a group no larger than six, hike to a campsite by a river or a waterfall, then swim, eat dinner, and chat around a bonfire. The next day, hike even deeper into the forest before tubing the Bohorok River back to base.

There will be a meeting with your guide one day before your trek starts for a short introduction to your trek. Then you'll start your trek at our guesthouse if you're staying at our place. Otherwise your guide will pick you up at your guesthouse/hotel in Bukit Lawang after your breakfast.
