Disappointing

Very very disappointed with this tour. Tour guide was extremely uninspiring and didn’t really explain anything as we were driving along- felt more like a driver than a tour guide sadly. I didn’t leave the ocean road knowing much history or even where I really went to be honest. I was also sat next to a radiator which couldn’t be turned off (despite it being over 30 degrees that day) and every time my leg touched it I had to pull away quickly as it was burning me!! I did ask the tour guide/driver to have a look and he said it was fixed when it wasn’t, and he also didn’t check in with me again, making my day extremely uncomfortable. I am very disappointed in general. To be honest- I would recommend hiring a car and doing this trip yourself if you are able to- it will be much more pleasant. Also you can’t see very much if you aren’t sat on the left hand side of the bus so I felt bad for those passengers.

Excellent trip, beautiful scenery, suggest taking food to enjoy exploring the town instead of waiting for lunch, only an hour stop so not a lot of time to do both. Snack food for dinner didn’t arrive back to city until 9 PM. Highly recommend trip!

From the pick up at 7.35 until drop off at 9pm the driver kept us informed every step of the way He was very knowledgeable , friendly and amusing Although the day was long we had numerous stops for sight seeing, toilets, food, walking and animal/ bird spotting The coach was very clean and comfortable I would certainly recommend this tour and tour company

Amazing trip to Apostles with a very informed driver/guide. Not only Apostles but also Rain Forest and Shipwreck Cove which no one should miss it is incredible. Best 12 hours in a long time.

Good trip but feel that there should be a choice of seats with the right hand side of coach bring cheaper. We sat on the right as all the left side was taken and did not get to see a lot of the spectacular scenery as we were on the wrong side of the coach and only got to see trees, bushes, houses and more trees until we had a stop.

The journey up ocean road was quite beautiful. I did not see it in the description but on the return they stop by a very old rain forest which was very interesting and beautiful as well. Nice little hike about 10 degrees cooler. The tour guide Greg or Craig cannot recall was very informative. Keep in mind this is a long day, they say 13+ hours and it will be all of that. I would recommend-sandals or other sock less footwear if you want to enjoy any of the beach stops.

Peter, the Guide & Driver, was very Good. He pointed out and explained sights along the way. He was also a cautious and safe driver. The 12 Apostles site was certainly the prime objective, and we're glad to have made the trip, but it fell short of the fare... 22 passengers times $150. each provided $3300. of revenue. There were other stops, primarily for rest rooms and 'buy your own meals'. But, renting a car, paying for gas, fighting thru city traffic, making a wrong turn, doubling back, being lost, buy a map, tortured by my wife, and being generally miserable (on prior "do it yourself" trips) has made me realize I was, and am, happy to have booked your trip. THANK YOU and Peter for a fine day.

Well worth it

Great trip with Craig and Barry the platypus. 😊 The sights are excellent. Loved the 12 Apostles, but the real surprise of the day was Loch Ard Gorge which was terrific. Enjoyed the visit to Apollo Bay. Not so sure about the chocolate factory but their vanilla scones were excellent. Craig is a great tour guide- looked after everyone really well and gave us lots of interesting information about the sights and history. Recommend.
