Your Exclusive Tours will meet and greet our guests in the lobby of their Melbourne Hotel, place of accommodation, collect from Station Pier in Port Melbourne from their cruise ship or Melbourne Airports. We can accommodate other locations via mutual agreement.

We had great conversations and learned a lot about Melbourne and Australian life. She can customize the day to things that were of interest to us.

Kylie was a great tour guide. She took us to some spots I’m sure you would not see in a large group. I told her I like diet Dr Pepper and she stopped at an EZ Mart to see if I could find one, and she even tries to find another one for me. Nice personal touch.

We had 2 wonderful tours with Rob. We did a tour around the outskirts (non CBD) of Melbourne as well as a wine and chocolate tour in the Yarra Valley. Rob was affable and worked on delivering more than we expected customizing the experience to hit any highlights or desires we both were seeking. He drove a comfortable Mercedes Van and had snacks and drinks to boot. We will be back and will ask for Rob

Great Highlights Tour of the City and Suburbs!

An amazing 4 hour tour which started with a drive through the Australia F1 Formula road race pit lane then to the famous beach huts at Brighton Beach, back up to the War memorial to get a view of the city, then of the old historic market for fresh oysters and chicken bites or purchase a Kangaroo hide, then with a stop the botanical gardens and finally a drive by the hallowed cricket and sports park which includes the Australian Open tennis. You can tailor your tour to specific sites you are interested in and it includes pickup and drop off at your hotel. Simply amazing service.

A MUST For Your MELBOURNE Trip!

This was my first time using VIATOR to schedule side trips and tours on vacation. I was especially nervous as an American headed to Melbourne, AU, with no idea how to start our family trip. A city tour seemed to be a good place to start and Rob from Your Exclusive Tours was EXCELLENT!! Shortly after I booked the experience, he personally emailed me asking about the type of tour we wanted. I explained I wanted to see and experience the local culture, and boy, did he come through! Rob picked us up promptly at our hotel in a luxury Mercedes Benz van that was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. We started our tour at Victoria Market, where we sampled wines and cheeses, had coffee and delicious donuts, and even did some oyster shooters. I felt like I was on a travel tv show it was so much fun! We were off to an amazing start with Rob and I couldn’t wait to see where he was taking us next! We then stopped for a self-guided tour of St Patrick’s Cathedral and we’re even treated to the organist practicing for the next service! Next stop was the street art areas where we could get some fun photos. We walked down to the train station and got some more great pictures. Rob was very kind and noticed our elderly traveler was having a hard time with walking and he would get the van for us so she wouldn’t have to walk as far. We then went to the Shrine of Remembrance which was a wonderful way to learn about the local history of World War I. Rob would always have a personal vignette or two to share making each site more special. We got some great photos of downtown Melbourne from this spot! Rob also drove us around many different neighborhoods sharing local information as we traveled around. The tour Rob provided was amazing and it was hard to believe it was coming to an end! He dropped us off at a fantastic local pub where we had a delicious lunch and then headed on our own back to the hotel. We loved Rob’s personalized tour so much that we even booked a day trip with him along the Great Ocean Road!! Definitely check out Rob, especially if your family needs some room, special needs, or just wants a fun time with a great guy!

Rob met us at the pier. It was just the three of us. We could not believe when it said personal tour that it really was just us (no unexpected additions) he made our day so personal. It felt like you were spending the day with a friend. He thought us how to do a Tim Tam Slam (an everlasting memory) took us to see everything we wanted and more.
