To access the Melbourne Skydeck, hang on as the fastest elevator trip in the Southern Hemisphere whisks you up 88 floors in less than 40 seconds. Once you enter the Skydeck, take in breathtaking, 360-degree views of Melbourne through floor-to-ceiling windows. Spot your favorite Melbourne attractions through one of many free viewfinders.

Step outside onto the open-air terrace, where you can feel the rush of wind and make use of high-powered binoculars. From a height of nearly 975 feet (300 meters), you can see the blue expanse of Port Phillip Bay and, on a clear day, as far as the Dandenong Ranges.

For the ultimate Melbourne Skydeck experience, upgrade your ticket to include ‘The Edge.’ Step inside a secure glass cube that slowly projects 10 feet (3 meters) straight out from the side of the building, and feel the thrilling sensation of being suspended in the air.

Eureka Skydeck

At Skydeck, the Southern Hemisphere’s highest viewing attraction, the City of Melbourne comes alive before your eyes when you take it all in from nearly 300 metres high. It’s Melbourne on another level. The Skydeck experience features Bar 88, in association with Bollinger Champagne, operated by the Eureka 89 team. With 360° panoramic views all day, at sunset you can relax and enjoy Melbourne’s legendary views with delicious food and cool drinks. Although we did not have time to do anything except just the basic Skydeck, we still found it to be something we thoroughly enjoyed. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne—and be sure and stop at the coffee shop on top and have a delicious yoyo!

Perfect visit to see Melbourne from up above! Easy to find and very efficient transfer to the Skydeck. Very clean and very safe. Drinks and food are pricey at the top, but this is no different to other view towers I've visited. Perfect way to spend a couple of hours relaxing and enjoying the views.
