Pickup is only available from the list of hotels provided upon checkout. Your pickup will be between 11:00am-12 midday (Aug-Apr) or 10:00am-11:00am (May-Jul) depending on which location you select. Your exact meeting time will be provided after a booking is placed. This tour returns to Melbourne at approximately 9pm-midnight depending on the season.

What a great day out! I booked this trip specifically to see the penguins at Phillip Island. I had a great day from start to finish, our tour guide Chris N was very friendly and helpful.

Aaron was a funny and knowledgeable guide. We loved his passion for the animals and land. The penguin parade was definitely the highlight.

It was a fantastic day. Lots of amazing animals, with the highlight being the penguins, of course. Jon C was a wonderful guide - very personable and knowledgeable. It was a long day, so appreciated being driven rather than having to drive a rental car late at night. Probably a bit long for kids. The Penguin parade was a bit busy (over 2000 people), which diminished the experience, particularly as people did not adhere to the "no photography" rule.

Our guide Aaron was both informative and entertaining. Feeding the wallabies at Moonlit Sanctuary was pure enjoyment and no words can describe the magic at Phillip Island. Watching the process of hundreds of penguins emerge from the water and march right towards you warms your heart. This excursion is one you don't want to miss!!
Magical Adventure with Koalas, Kangaroos, and Penguins

We went to a place where we could feed and pet koalas and kangaroos, then to see the "March of the Penguins, " which was magical. The sound of the babies in their nests calling to their parents, and the little birds marching in from the sea was something I will never forget.

Enjoyable day with Chris N of Go West. He is an excellent guide and knows heaps about the area, the history and the penguins. If I was just rating him it would be a 5* review. The itinerary was very good, but I wouldn’t rank it as excellent. The dinner choices were limited (we went to Cowes) although there was enough time to order and eat a takeout meal. The animal sanctuary was very good and the penguins were great, though waiting over an hour on hard seats for them to arrive was a bit tedious. A tour worth doing, but probably would have been better to have booked the Penguin Plus experience. We weren’t made aware of this option by Bunyip Tours.

I really can’t fault this trip! We covered so many things that I’ve had on my to-do list, and even though we did so much, everything was paced really well. Kevin was a really attentive guide and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. For anyone considering this trip, the only thing I would be mindful of is to be prepared that some people at the penguins parade won’t follow the rules about not taking photos. The team at the parade make it very clear multiple times why you can’t take photos of the penguins, but sadly there were a few people who didn’t care about their well-being. Also - wrap up warm! Overall, this experience was unforgettable and extremely great value for money.

A relaxing trip, we’ve got enough time to enjoy in each attraction, only that 1 hour for dinner was a bit tight as restaurants were full of tourists and it took quite a long time to wait for our orders. It would be great if 15 mins more for dinner time. The penguin parade was amazing, able to see lovely penguins went onboard from the ocean and got a close look on them. Our guide Debby of Go West was caring, humorous, knowledgeable and was a good DJ. It was great to have her as our guide!

This was the second time to join Go West tour. Bert was my tour guide. He is very experienced and provides a lot of history background on the entire journey. He always makes sure that we know the place to find the tour bus. Bert dropped everyone after 12pm and came down to the bus each time to say Goodbye. Thanks Bert for being such a professional tour guide and giving us the great trip to Phillip Island.

It was a very long Day but our guide Chris was great. The bus was ok no USB ports for a 12 hour tour which makes keeping your phone charged difficult, however the Penguin and wildlife reserve was so worth it. We saw Wallabies in the wild and then the Penguins coming home to feed there families after being at sea fishing for weeks. It was amazing. Strongly recommend
