Zoo facility is great, however there is way too many young kids running around, the centre play area is more like a park for kids than zoo.

Had a bad experience using Viator, don’t buy tickets unless it’s a couple of days out, mine never got emailed to me. Apparently they can take up to 48 hours. How hard can it be, they’d taken my money given me a confirmation number but couldn’t send the tickets. Had to buy more tickets at the gate to get in.

The long 1hr wait in line is unbelievable. The ones that came earlier waited 2hrs. A lot of people ended up leaving. They needed extra lines for people that already paid tickets online instead of making them wait with people that hasn't got tickets. Unorganised venue. Overcrowded and we gave up and left after the safari ride. Safari was 30mns wait on top.Safari was the only enjoyable thing we did there. Cues at all food stops. Won't be going here for a while

The zoo was good though the food was extremely over priced and very average tasting. Would also be good to see more reptiles as the only reptiles are 2 Madagascan boa’s and 2 leaped Tortoise. Other then that my self and my kids had a good time.

The safari is very good experience. The guide is friendly, not very long waiting because there are many truck/bus. The others are just ok, only 1 bird in aviary also strangely not many kangooroos.

The hippo water park watching the kids faces and the bus ride. A bit disappointed that you take the lions away when you have a big crowd there looking, staff member came out and put a sign out but said nothing and we are all standing there waiting for the girls to come around. We pay to see the animals not to see empty pens.

Safari tour was amazing, nice experience. However, the rest of the zoo area has only few animals comparing to its size. The whole zoo, shaded areas and facilities are not so clean.

The whole zoo experience was amazing. The safari tour was excellent, the guide was really appropriate and educational. The animals look happy and healthy. Was such a lovely day.
