First of all, we thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, however, we regret that it was not rewarding.
Regarding your comment:
1. Did you find the experience given by the guide to be bad? It is important to tell you that the experience is focused on providing hospitable treatment to you, the travelers, and of course to provide you with historical information about the places to visit.
2. The itinerary of the activity mentions a visit to a handicraft center. Do you think 30 minutes is too long?
3. In the Basilica before the visit, the guide gives some time so that people can buy a candle, a rosary, etc. Sometimes some travelers wish to bless their souvenir or leave their candle. It is a shared tour! And we have to adapt it to certain needs and desires. Does 20 minutes seem excessive to you?
4. The photos that the guide takes of the group are for the purpose of having a record and evidence that the tour was provided based on the itinerary, but it is good to mention in this comment that if anyone does not wish to participate please tell the guide and they will not insist. Did you tell the guide about your disagreement for having taken photos of the group during the tour?
5. The visit to the archaeological site lasts two hours, sometimes it is extended longer if the majority of the group demands it, I do not understand your comment. Did you take the time to let the guide know that you thought the visit to the pyramids was too short? I am sure he/she would not have refused to extend the visit a little longer.
Our agency will always be looking to work on the areas of opportunity that your comments bring to our attention.
