      Sara was excellent & professional & knowledgeable. We started our adventure before sunrise and we were able to see the sunrise on the hot air balloon. It’s important to note the tour of the pyramids is private ; not the hot air balloon. Nonetheless the experience was unforgettable!

      We had a great time! Our guide was very knowledgeable. He brought us to an authentic Mexican taco stands which was amazing!

      We had the most amazing time with Besta! She was right on time waiting outside our Airbnb in a full-size luxury SUV. Everything was arranged for us, including tickets to the pyramids and a visit to a local market. She also took us to an authentic and delicious quesadilla shop for breakfast after an unforgettable hot air balloon ride. This tour was the highlight of our trip!

      The hot air balloon tour was the best experience ever! Our tour guide Betsa was the best! I had planned a Mexico City trip with my friends and my girlfriend with the surprise of a marriage proposal. Over a month before our trip, Betsa has been in the loop of my plans and helped me make arrangements to plan for the perfect surprise. She was very accommodating and even help make suggestions/recommendations to help carry out my plan. We enjoyed every second of it. From the hot air balloon tour, to the chocolate making, etc. Would highly recommend to everybody!

      I have traveled the world. I’ve done hot air balloon rides too. This is a top 10 experience! Xchel, our guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was great from the moment he picked us up until the moment he dropped us off. This is a can’t miss private excursion and Xchel is the perfect guide!
