Relaxing and well organised .

Great tour , our guide Alessandro had given lots of information about Como and Bellagio. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to hear on the headsets while out on the boat due to poor weather conditions .Apart from that it was lovely to have some time exploring the town and doing some window shopping .

Lake Como & Bellagio are a must see when travelling to italy

Lake Como was stunning with all the amazing villas. Bellagio was also beautiful with a great place to do some shopping and have a delicious meal. Chiara our tour guide was outstanding. Very informative and a wealth of knowledge.

The entire day was fantastic…well organised, extremely helpful guide (Barbara) and driver (Philippe) could not do more to assist…not to mention the knowledge of the area and places to eat/visit and top photo spots!!! Overall a must do in a small group tour 👍👍👍

Lake Como is beautiful but there are many other lakes that are comparable if not better in Europe. Perhaps, it is because I do not know its history. The guide assigned did not appear to have passion in her work compared to other guides I had brief encounter with on the boat ride. We were each given a headset to listen to her occasional narration while we were seated randomly in the boat (3 levels) base on personal preference and availability. There were static over the headset for the 1st 10mins of the ride. Could not hear a single word she was saying. She was mumbling most of the rest of the time. She introduced quite a number of famous villas along the lake, but I could hardly identify any one of them. E.g. she said “To your left, you could see a white villa……” but there were 2-3 white villas on the left and I had no inkling which one she was talking about. Also, the boat is big and quite crowded. Most of the villas were on the left side, but my family and I were seated on the right side. We could hardly see the views on the left. If you have signed up for this tour, remember to sit on the left side of the boat in relation to the travel direction. Sometimes, the guide mentioned names of historical figures, but without any description. She simply assumed everyone knows the history well enough to know who she is talking about. Sadly, I don’t. We were given an hour at Como and 2hr (including lunch break) at Bellagio. Bellagio is a beautiful place and 2hr was not enough for lunch + exploration/ shopping imo. At the end of our time at Bellagio, we had to walk a long journey (uphill) to get to the coach. About 15-20mins. Not recommended if you have young kids or seniors with walking issues. Overall, my family and I did not enjoy this tour.

Boat ride… guide was able to get tickets quickly. Dining downstairs was a plus! More walking than was expected due to buses not allowed in the cities. Stop outside of Bellagio on the way home.. view was spectacular. Certainly a tour is the way to go!!!!

Beautiful trip across Lake Como. Stunning views and location! Out tour guide Mara was wonderful and very communicative throughout the day. Only issue was with all the stope the ferry makes in order to cross the lake…takes a super long time which cuts into the time at Como, we only had about an hour. Not certain if anything can be done??

One thing we didn't appreciate was that our tour guide was not going to make it that day so we were added to the same tour given by another tour company (we found out when we got to the meeting point that morning). Our "maximum 16 people tour" turned into a bus load of at least double that number. Putting that aside, I will review the tour itself... This tour as a nice mix of travel and free time at some truly amazing locations. Our guide was very engaged and even during the 'down time' of the bus ride, gave us lots of info about the areas we were passing through which made the time go by a little faster. We had enough time during both stops to do some exploring.
