The tour guide Alessandra was fantastic. She was very engaging and entertaining. Also, very knowledgeable. The reason I give the tour three stars is that the tour itself is not great. My advice would be to get your own tickets to The Last Supper and go on your own.

Great fresco, skip the tour

The visit to the last supper is great. We got there and Justin was waiting to hand out the radios. Getting in is relatively painless - please remmember to bring your ID (or a photo) with you. That was the end of the positive part. The tour is extreamly sub-par. Only informstion provided was the bare minimum about the stops- castle, the Duomo, the Vitorio Emanuele gallery, and La Scala square. Many people left directly after the visit of the last supper - now I know why. A free walking tour we did later was far better and informative. If you can get tickets on your own, this is a waste of money. Otherwise, just visit the fresco. Oh... and about the fact it's da Vinci - it's so heavily renovated that there is almost nothing "real" of the original masterpiece left.

Very knowledgeable. The walking part seemed excessive for older folks and not sure it was really explained in the tour description just how extensive the walking was. We had numerous couples drop out along the route.

A group of 20 of us booked this tour and all of us are thrilled and happy that we did. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and patient to explain about the history of Milan especially about the painting of " Last Supper". The walking tour was 3+ hours long, we visited few of the historical landmarks such as Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (Milan famous shipping mall). Santa Maria Delle Grazie where the painting is located. Duomo Cathedral and the Castle. Also, the Opera House. All of above sites are worth to see in Milan and we did it in one tour. We had a valuable and memorable lesson. This tour is highly recommended.

Great tour, it's worth it for the last supper alone! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, it started to rain and despite the weather, she was great at keeping us moving and getting on with the tour. My only criticism (and this isn't against our lovely guide at all) but I didn't feel it had to be quite as long of a tour as it was, 3 hrs is quite a long time and some of it did feel a little unnecessary to be showing us. Regardless, it's worth it if you have some time to spare when in Milan and would like to see things that you might otherwise have missed :)
