Great guide and beautiful lake

On the bus, Stefano gave us great background about Milan and Lake Como. He is engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. We enjoyed an hour in Como, a 2 hour ferry, and a couple of hours in Bellagio. Stefano gave us two stops with nice photo opportunities on the way out of Bellagio. We’ve done 10 tours on this vacation and Stefano was by far the best guide we had. Thank you!

The boarding point was chaotic, it was raining and none of the buses had a clear board stating the name of the tour/or tour company. The tour guides themselves did not have a clue on which bus to board, after last min. change of tour guide, we finally took off. The ride itself wasnt bad but the bus was no "luxury". The tour guide barely spoke till we got to Lake como. She was difficult to follow during the walk around town and made no attempt to keep the group close or interact on the ferry. Our group was almost the last to board which meant we didnt get seats with view and had to move around to see anything outside. We saw various tour guides moving around checking with their groups constantly while ours came just before getting off at bellagio to tell us to disembark. Lake Como and Bellagio were both beautiful places but you are essentially paying a lot just for transportation(bus and boat). A better option would be to board a train to Lake Como and take a ferry to explore your choice of lakeside town(s). Unless you are short on time or dont want to be burderned with the logistics, skip the tour.

We loved our day. We enjoyed exploring Como, after Marina gave as quick walk through about the history. We then caught the ferry to Belaggio and we saw all the villas and villages along the way. George wasn't home. Marina was lovely and was a great guide.

unfortunately could not recommend this tour ..bus left 30min late as overbooked guide had to leave bus and catch a train and therefore no commentary fir the trip ..the guide has limited english and could not answer any questions ..boat also overbooked and no seat fir the 2hour boat ride …scenery was beautiful and group were fun but was expensive and a lot of sitting on the small bus not the luxury bus described and no commentary as described …as we were to leave bekagio last visit was cancelled when guide realized we still didn’t have enough seats and had to again return by train …no explanation able to be given as she did not have enough english to explain …overall do it yourself or find another tour this is not what was described .this tour was meant to be a highlight for many people in the group di there was a lot of disappointment

Fix the sound system

The tour was good… the weather a bit lousy at the end of the day. But the sound system on the bus was very patchy and the earbuds uncomfortable. That meant often you just couldn’t hear the tour guide who was very kind and informative. Really needs to be fixed because I feel I just couldn’t hear important information

Amazing Tour

The tour was smooth and not time-constrained. We were given the time to explore on our own and at the same time Antonella also gave us information about the places. She was very cheery and full of recommendations which we really appreciated. She took us to some places that have less tourists so we were able to take pictures without the crowd. We highly recommend this tour.

The bus was comfortable and our group was about 20 people. Our tour guide, Stefano, was knowledgeable, engaging and thoughtful. We were given headsets so Stefano's presentation was easily heard. Had brief tour of Como, then free time to have a delicious piece of focaccia at divine bakery. Boat ride was beautiful. Stefano informed us of villas of famous people. Had delicious lunch in Bellagio with free time. Bus stopped at a couple of vistas for picture taking. Highly recommend!!

80% of the tour we couldn't hear because their listening devices wouldn't work. The remaining 20% the audio was SO low we barely heard anything even with the volume fully up. We said we couldn't get our devices to work multiple times and spent the rest of the time plugging our other ear trying to hear the audio or asking the guide to adjust her mic. Our guide tried to help but after several tries she stopped. We missed almost ALL the information. We let the company and the guide know and they did NOTHING and refused to make it right - I’ve been on tons of tours but this was thee worst. Horrible customer service, there are other companies that offer this tour and I recommend going with one of them.

We loved the town of Como, the beautiful two-hour boat ride on Lake Como and the picturesque town of Bellagio. Our tour guide was fantastic and gave us a wealth of information in the two towns and also of what we were seeing on our Lake Como boat ride. It was especially nice to have no worries of getting to Como from Milan on the bus.
