What To Expect

There’s nothing like an evening at the spa to revive a traveler’s spirit and body. The QC Termemilano spa is especially elegant, located in a restored 19th-century building, allowing visitors to escape the buzz and hum of the city outside.

After being welcomed by the attentive staff, you’re free to use the spa and wellness facilities as you like during your visit. There are more than 30 spa treatments and experiences to choose from, including saunas, steam baths, massage treatments, and the spa’s private gardens (at an additional cost). The water in the pools is all kept at a temperature believed to be the same as ancient Roman baths were kept—a little under 100°F (36°C). You need only to bring a swimsuit, as footwear, bathrobes, and towels are all provided for you.

When your spa visit is complete, begin the evening’s meal the way the Italians do, with aperitivo. A buffet of light snacks such as cheese, fruit, bread, and jam accompany a selection of wines and fruit juices. It’s the ideal way to finish your spa trip, giving you the energy you need to head back into Milan for dinner.

The location was very difficult to locate, parking was another challenge.
Make sure to go downstairs and do try to see all the room and spend time at your favorite.

OMGGGGGGGGGG THAT WAS THE BEST EVER SO my friend was pickpocketed , and we couldn’t make our original time and date but not only the spa and viator help us switched and accommodated us they took care of us . I Recommend to book this you will not regret thissss drinks snacks, was immaculate. And they gave me a small gift when leaving 🥺🥺🥺. I will fly to milan just for this experience again.

Being completely honest, it wasn’t as intimate as I was anticipating given there were probably about 100 people there HOWEVER, the facility is so massive with several different rooms that it doesn’t feel that packed. It was a unique experience at a spa being able to “spa hop” from a sauna to a steam room to a room with rain pouring on you to a room where a waterfall massages your back. We booked massages separately and my goodness did we need them. Great time!
More suitable for couples than a girls trip but extremely busy!

Staff were lovely and the spa is beautiful with lots of unique experiences. Low rating due to how busy it was. Often standing room only along with lots of couples doing way to much PDA. When you need a security guard with a torch to check what couples are up too it’s not ideal.

The issue was with Viator, not with the Spa itself

Our tickets to the Spa would not download. I reached out to Viator a few days before to let them know that the download link wasn't working and never received a response. We went anyway since we paid for the trip and even though we had the email proving that the trip was paid for, the spa could not locate our reservation in the system. After several minutes and much frustration on both sides, the spa rep finally just let us in because by this time a line was forming out the door. I still do not know if Viator paid them for our entries. In any case, the entire experience was very embarrassing - from holding up the line to being afraid that people thought we were some scammers just trying to get in for free- which made the experience quite uncomfortable. So, even though the spa itself was pretty nice, we were not relaxed or able to enjoy our visit thanks to unreliable and unresponsive Viator staff.

It was magical I think you need a whole day to take it in. Best spa in the world and I have been to a few it’s a must do when in Milan. Absolutely fantastic. Everything and everyone and facilities you can’t fault. Love so much and had a great time.

A lovely spa with a very unique twist. Many different pools and saunas to explore. We went for the apertivo which was great! The only things I have as criticisms are people were too loud, lots of loud talking, some even screaming - not a very relaxing sound. Also the hot pools could have been hotter in my opinion and a cold plunge pool would be a great addition. Highly recommend this unique spa experience!

It’s a lovely spa! Soo many types of relaxing areas. The only thing we didn’t like was the staff weren’t nice. There was only one man at the food area who was nice. The front desk staff, especially the man at the front desk (sadly didn’t get his name) was not warm at all. And they were out of the goody bags that was supposed to be included and didn’t even apologize or compensate. Hence the 3 stars
