Chef Luigi was so entertaining and knowledgeable, both for the wine tasting but also for lunch at his restaurant afterwards. The expert pairing with local meats/cheeses/risotto was incredible. We would strongly recommend making this a part of your trip to Bellagio!

THEREFORE, THIS PLACE CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED!!! We thought we should have the nicest evening of our holiday here. We had read that this was supposed to be the best, of the best. We spent about two hours transporting ourselves to the site, with high hopes. When we arrived the place was closed and there was no one to be seen. We waited for approximately 10 minutes, after which we called the number given in the booking. There we were then told that they had canceled the booking on this day, and then they claimed to have contacted us, but we had received neither a message nor a call. Very strange, and very unfortunate. In addition, the service we received was neither friendly nor nice. Although we explained our situation to the woman we got hold of, there was no good service to be had. Kind regards, two very upset and disappointed "guests" THEREFORE, THIS PLACE CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED!!!

Highlight of Lake Como!

Chef Luigi was great! We were a large group of 15 and he personally picked us up (in multiple vehicles). We had a fun speedy ride up to his restaurant, and the laughs never stopped! Wine and pairings were wonderful. One of the wines was from a €150 bottle. This tasting was a highlight of our trip to Lake Como, which is saying something!

Chef Luigi picked us up in tow and then educated and entertain us with information and stories about Italian wines, it was great. We then stayed for dinner which was even better and then he drove us back to our Airbnb. Could not have been a better meal or experience

Chef Luigi has a great knack for being able to teach you the basics of wine while making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I’m was a novice when I walked in, but I can hold my own walking out. Plus, the staff and the food are out of this world. I highly recommend staying for dinner and putting what you learned into practice.

Authentic, delicious, fun, and personalized for our tastes. We learned about Italian wine and enjoyed the best risotto. I was graded (rather unfairly...lol) on my bottle opening skill and we had some nice laughs about it. The wine cellar was spectacular!

We have done wine tastings around the world and have a family that is in this business. The is without a doubt one of the best tasting experiences we have ever had. The venue is amazing, the food and wine was exceptional, and Luigi and his wife could not have been more welcoming, attentive and kind. If you are near Bellagio this tasting and a meal at the restaurant Salice Blu is an absolute must.
